"CX complaint is MW plate keeps popping off. Inspected/tested and found turntable motor working properly. With door closed its hard to tell what is causing this issue. Tried spinning frrehand also. Ordering plate, ring and center support to remedy issue. Cannot reschedule due to part availabilty; ordrng 1 W11291538 (dish) and 1 W11213915 (ring-turn) and 1 W11096343 (support)"

CX complaint: rattling sound. Tested and verified complaint. CX played a recording and informed me that the sound seemed to be coming from the RC. I tested all fans and compressor but failed to duplicate the sound. I adjusted the level legs thinking that may calm the sound but could not verify that it would make a difference. Unit passed all tests. Unit is working properly. Job is complete
