"cx complaint loud operation, verified issue, no faults stored, cold water valve not allowing water to pass due to defective soilenoid, come to find oil leaking from bearings onto slider, tried removing spanner nut, no luck, will have to cut spanner nut in order to complete repair. ordering all parts needed to complete repair. 2 count; ordrng 1 W11025446 (panel-cntl) and 1 W11393684 (gearcase) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W11665965 (spanner nut) and 1 W11188329 (valve)"

Zachary was an exemplary representative for his firm. He was eager to help solve my problem with the wine cooler and when he left there was no loud noise coming from it but encouraged me to call if it were to recur especially within the 30 day window. Very polite and service oriented, as well as knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with.

Everything went extremely well from the scheduling to resolving the issue.
The fact that the problem was resolved so quickly made me feel better about the purchase of the whirlpool washer. A very pleasant experience. Technician seemed to be very knowledgeable and even gave me helpful tips. Outstanding Tech. So far so good.
