"Cx complaint is unit leaks water. After talking to the cx it has only happened twice in the last 6 months and both times were bedding. The cx came into the laundry room to find a bunch of water on the floor and didnt know where is came from. Inspected outer tub, gearcase, inlet valve, drain hose and all other water connections and places the unit could leak from and found no signs of water or that there ever was water coming from unit. Cx is not using to much detergant and not over filling the unit. Informed cx that it is possible the water is coming from an outside source other than the washer. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete."

Cx complaint is unit leaking. On arrival IM was turned on but saw no signs of water anywhere around unit or water lines or valve. Cycled IM and found the factory crimp connection where the water line attaches to the fill tube to be defective. This caused a few dripps to leak every time the IM was cycled. Reordering IM repair kit to resolve issue. Cannot reschedule at this time.; ordrng 1 W11517113 (IM kit)

Replaced both doors and nameplate from previous diagnosis and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

CX complaint is fridge leaking on shelf. Inspected and verified. Found CX usuing a twine string to pull his filter in and out. Not WP filter either. Pushed it is and it damaged the housing which now leaks non stop.Quoted CX cost for repair at $393.97 which is paid in full by CC. Ordering filter housing. Spoke to CT. Rescheduled for thurs 12/7. Advised CX to only used every drop filters; ordrng 1 WPW10238123 (housing)
