"cx complaint unit not making ice. checked unit, tried opening bin, unable to do so. pulled facia off ice bin to verify lock operation. still unable to remove bin from unit. steamed ice bin at chute until able to pull bin out. tested icemaker, unit appears to be working as it should and no obvious issues as of why ice melted in using causing original issue. advised cx to monitor unit for next 30 days to verify unit either working as designed or issue still present. cx paid $139 diag with check. completing ticket unless cx calls back."
