"Replaced ice box fan. ran test mode, fan and ice maker working ok"

there is a drain pipe now installed for the unit. replaced the parts and ran the diagnostic cycle. the unit is filling draining agitating and spinning good. the new drain pipe is not installed great and leaks and was left loose so tried to secure the drain hose as best as possible.

cx complaint is no ice and water drips out where ice comes out and ice is froze on all sides of ice bin. unit is O-O-W and he knows. took temp readings first of 8 in freezer 37 in fridge 22 through ice maker and no fan. test 56 E0 test 45 unit fills. ice maker shut down with temps out of range. will order fan. went over unit with cx. he said order part and wanted to pay in full and rescheduled for 11/30; ordrng 1 W10846539 (Ice maker fan 188.83)

replaced part and tested unit as well as i had her to test as well. unit check. job complete.

cx complaint is unit does not wash or run right and things are wet or doesnt seem to get water out and run through cycle. unit had wet things still in there so did a drain and spin to get water out. units draining at the same time as filling. it filled awhile hen aggitated a bit then kept filling and draining into pipe on floor. found F2E1 code unit has no issue aggitating or shifting or filling and when canceled drained well. drain hose is on floor through gole and no loup or going up and maybe the gravity is pulling water out. will have cx fix that and will order parts needed. they will fix drain line and if that fixes issue will call and cancel ticket. reschedule for 11/22 or if sooner if we can.; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Drain Pump) and 1 W11626074 (Control)
