"CX complains unit will not turn on. Unit is unplugged on arrival. Ran unit through diagnostic test, when unit tried to agitate or spin unit made loud grinding. Inspected under unit and found splutch and actuator had failed as well as belt, motor also has excessive corrosion. Unit will need splutch, actuator, belt, replaced for repair. f4e2, f7e5-shifter fault, f5e3-lid unlock fault, f7e1-basket spped fault. was able to replace belt, splutch and actuator with vs parts, ran unit through diagnostic cycle, unit fished cycle with no errors. "CX complains unit is making grinding noise during spin. Unit shows f6e3-communication error. Ran unit through diagnostic test, unit made a grinding/chattering noise from underneath. Inspected under unit and found rotor bolt had come loose and slider was worn. Was able to replace slider with pre i.d part, retested unit and unit now works as designed. No further work needed. "CX complains unit is not cooling. CX has no POP and unit shows nothing under entitlements. Advised cx without POP unit will be treated as out of warranty and will owe service fee. CX agreed to service fee. Found unit to have defrost failure, unit will need evap harness replaced for repair. Quoted cx for repair, cx needs to get authorization before they can pay remainder of balance, cx to call into office to pay labor and parts when they get auth. cx complaint oven doesnt work. i found a thermal event at the terminal block. unit needs main harness and a new power cord. I advised cx to please have new power cord for return visit. once part is in please reach out to cx to set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11531755 (main harness)
