"Cx complained the unit did not cool. Inspected the unit and found the rc section was 45 degrees. In diagnostics, turned the fan on and the heater and they both worked. Removed the cover and melted the ice and cleared the drain. Step 128 has the correct control version and the 3 way valve works. Unit needs new evap cover; ordrng 1 W11395641 (evap cover)"

"Cx complained the unit had no display. Inspected the unit and found that there is 121vac at the control and when reset with the door closed, the drain pump came on . The vent fan has a high resistence and is taking out the console. Unit needs new console and vent fan assy; ordrng 1 W10803367 (console) and 1 WPW10469574 (vent fan)"
