cx complaint is they dont think the unit is running rightas flames or burners sound loud when on and on high. she said each burner sounds different. tested and checked unit. went over unit with him and thats the sound on high as thats max gas and sound dims the lower the flame and its also normal when lighting that all burners click and light. flame heights are perfect on high and low and went over that all burners are different and have different flames and gas to them. tested oven and bake and broil check and temps in range as well. nothing wrong with unit and unit checks. job complete.

"cx complaint that unit is not turning on.. when arrived i found no leds no drum light etc., when checking power cord good contuninity through all 3 legs.. checked voltage foudn none at block bvacked out the plug and checked none.. removed cord and checked had none.. checked breaker whoch was 'on' reset it over and tested same thing cx will need an licences electrican on repair of outlet or breaker unit itself appears good."

"Cx complaint unit makes noise when spinning. Cx stated when unit is beginning to slow down it makes loud rattling noise. Inspected underneath and found the boltthat hold the rotor in place was out. The rotor was loose causing noise. Tightened bolt back into rotor, ran test and unit completed test without noise or any further issues, Unit checks good"

cx had well pump replaced and when started back up flushed and clogged the valve screen. removed and tested fully power through botgh valves and now checks good.

replaced the lid lock tested and now checks good...
