Replaced all parts per prior diagnosis. When I went to test usint I found no leaks but when it drained I found Disposal inopo which CX failed to inform me on first visit. Tried to reste disposal but it is jammed. Advised CX not to use DW until disposal is repaired or replaced. DW itself is working properly. Job is complete

CX complaint is WM not draining. Since prior techs visit CX has replaced drain line. Drain pump was stuck on through control. Reset control to resolve that issue. Drain hose was full of water. Levled hosed down and drain entire unit for CX. They need to figure out a better draining setup then what is in their home. Gave some advice and advised them to consult with a plumber. Unit itself is working properly. CX paid $139 SC fee last week

CX complaint is WM shuts off mid cycle. Inspected/tested and found unit had a defective drain harness that separated from pump. Rerplaced lower harness from pre-id. Calibrated and retested and the WM is now working properly. Job is complete

Cx complaint is unit not draining. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found an object lodged in the drain pump. Removed objects and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.
