"cx complaint unt will stop cooling and said will trip his gfci breaker in kitchen. so moved to another plug and seems like it will work then sometimes unit wont be cooling. inspected unit and is on and cooling good at this time some ice build up on evap panel evap is not frozen over. pulled unit out and checked compressor is warm and is pulling 1.2amps seems ok. unit might be having a compressor issue or the start and run relay for the compressor is going bad. i grabbed start and run relay from v/s and installaed them plugged unit back into normal outlet and started right up and began coolinng with no issue. UNIT MIGHT NOT BE FIXED BUT GOOD CHANCE THIS COULD FIX ISSUE. i told cx to keep an eye on fridge over the weekend and to call us back monday if still messing up. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 WPW10189190 (start relay SD V/S) and 1 WPW10662129 (run relay SD V/S), used 1 WPW10189190 (start relay SD V/S), and 1 WPW10662129 (run relay SD V/S) from stock"

installed all ordered parts. restored power and ran calibration cycle and service cycle. unit completed both with no issues. unit is working as designed.

"cx complaint is the unit only filling and draining. checked for codes and found F4E3, F7E1. cleared codes and ran service cycle. wash motor did not run. found control sending 120. unit will need a new sump assembly. was sent without preIDed part. marking for use on return. scheudleed for 12/6. cx need appoitment after 1pm.; schdld next appmnt for 12/6 WED PM"

"Customer complaint they did a self clean and unit cut off and doors were locked arrived today and made sure power was off unlocked doors with Rod and remove top consul. Tested thermal fuse and found open. Jumped wires and ran powered to unit unit now powers on and doors unlocked, ordering thermal fuse and cooling fan for return visit possible cooling fan issue and why air wasnt being pushed out of oven to make sure self clean did not get too hot ordered parts return visit and will return when they arrive; ordrng 1 WPW10545291 (Thermal fuse) and 1 W11245567 (Cooling fan)"

installed all ordered parts. restored power and ran calibration and service cycles. unit completed cycles with no noises or other issues. unit is working as designed.
