Cx complaint is unit running to hot. Tested unit and could not verify complaint. Found the exhaust temp to be 140-145. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete.

Informed cx use and care of machine. Also advised they use affresh to help clean wahser. Also found the hot water hose defective. Cx has to have a plumber replace the hot water hose. CX stated unit is doing random things. tested inspected but cannot verify cx complaint checked for error codes unit has no error codes looked under unit for any sign of damage no signs of unit having any issues ran diagnostic mode cannot get unit to recreate noise. Told CX to take a video of unit making the noise. unit is working as desgined job is complete.
