replaced compressor and pulled 30 in vac see pic and also filled to scale 5.25 oz r134a and reading 5 on low when reached desire scaled amount allow 24 hrs to cool. no signs of leaks and restrictions today .

CX complaint that unit is not cooling anything and when they hear the compressor sounds like a buzzing sound every few mins. arrived found all fans operate and etc.. the cooling is non present and the compressor making rattling buzzing sound found faulty seized compresser. ordering WPW10466675 and call to reschd when approved through lowes contract; ordrng 1 WPW10466675 (compressor with dryer) and 1 2COUNT (2 COUNT SS TECH)

CX complait was that the console was not secure tightly to the unit itself. I found that 3 screws on the rear were loose. I was ableto tighen the screws and the console dfells more secure. Unit test good.

repolaced parts and ran servcie test and no issues and checks good. when running no noise and full operations.

I am ordeirn 1 splutch (W10721967), 1 belt (W11239857), 1 shifter (W11481722), and 1 motor (W11283592). Once the contract is apporved, please have someone from the office call to set a retun date.; ordrng 1 W11283592 (motor) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W11481722 (shifter)"
