"cx says the unit doesnt dry the clothes well on sensor dry. found the unit is cycling heat good on timed and sensor dry and is spinning and blowing. found the vent tag does not come off when connected to the vent tube but does come off when the vent tube is doisconnected. the unit is now good; ordrng 1 W11224254 (test kit(js vs)), used 1 WPW10106710 (VENT TEST KIT(js vs)) from stock"

cx says the unit is very loud in cycle. no error codes in memory. ran the calibration and the diagnostic cycle and the unit fills drains spins and agitates. no error codes after diagnostic. suspension springs back good. no oil from gearcase i see. ran the component activation spin and agitate and no odd noises. cannot duplicate fault. cx ran a quick wash on towels while i was checking the second unit here and still didnt make the noise.

when arrived to replace parts i found the unit to have issue with the float switch was absoutely filled with rocks (grout from remodling causing isisues) cleaned and tested water pressure and no issues and washed completly strong pressure. the unit cleaning was issues friom that the erorrs and the parts where not needed.
