"CX complains unit is running off balance every cycle. CX is within manufacture warranty. Unit shows f0e5- error. Ran unit through diagnostic test and when unit went to spin it started running off balance and slowwed spinning. Inspected uner unit and found gearcase had failed. Unit will need gearcase and spin basket along with actuator, splutch, hub, motor, Cx to reach out to office when spin basket arrives. CX EMAIL ADDED; ordrng 1 W11550891 (agitator) and 1 W10752719 (spin basket) and 1 W10752187 (agitator bolt) and 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W11497303 (motor) and 1 W11481722 (actuator) and 1 W10721967 (splutch)"

Cx complaint is that there is water dripping in the back of the RC section. Upon arrival I also found ice near the evap in the fc section. I removed the evap cover and verified that the drain pan is draining properly. I found that there is air getting into the RC at the corner of the cabinet. I was able to seal the areas. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"cx complaint unit doesnt always drain all the way. inspected unit and entered diag and found f0e5, f8e1. cleared codes and ran test 12 and found unit would not fully spin. would only tumble left and right. ran test 7 and found same results. tested stator windings and found 13.7ohms accross all windings. unit needs control. qouted cx and cx declined. charged cx only for serivce call $120"

cx complaint unit is making noise when filling. inspected unit and entered daig and 0 error codes. ran auto test and found when both hot and cold valves were opening and closing that their plumming was making hard knocking noise. cx needs valve hammers to correct issue. advised cx to get a plummer. unit checks good.

"Was able to access unit and replace parts per previous visit. Found door had different water fitting size and had to use VS wpw10271540 fitting to correct issue.
