came out and replace parts on unit . tested unit no longer leaking . took plenty of pics

"cx complaint unit not dispencing ice , checked unit and found auger motor checked good found deformed ice bin not allowing auger to grab bin and dispence ice . ordering all parts for repair.; ordrng 1 WPW10558423 (ice bin) and 1 WPW10300022 (ice maker) and 1 WPW10179146 (valve)"

"cx complaint the unit is making a loud noise. checked the unit and found that the sump and motor would intermittenly rattle internally. therefore, something is loose internally. replaced the sump and pump. tested operation. unit is alot quiter when running now through the whole test cycle."

came out to resolve the issue. disassembled the unit as needed. replaced all parts. calibrated/tested the unit. unit is running as designed.

cx complaint the unit is leaking underneath. checked the unit and found it is leaking everytime it fills at the fill slot on the side of the unit where it meets the tub. checked and found no damage to the tub and tightened down the nut for the plastic resevoir. no leaks at this time. still ordering the resevoir seal and nut to resolve theissue in the future.; ordrng 1 W11535094 (water inlet) and 1 W11535081 (water nut)
