cx says the unit randomy powers the clock down and resets. no error codes in memory. ran component activation and nothing causes the display to stop illuminating. unit is not on wifi. reset power tot he unit and tried to get unit connected to wifi but cx could not get to connect. cx does not wish to continue with the repair at this time; ordrng 1 W11600355 (ui(674.35))

CX COMPLAINT UNIT NOT DRYING PROPERLY UNIT IS HEATING BUT THE VENT BEHIND UNIT IS CRUSHED AND FINS OUTSIDE NOT FULLY OPEN CX GOING TO REPLACE THE VENT AND FINS OUTSIDE UNIT CHECKED GOOD.
