"TRIED GETTING POP BEST BUY CHANGED SYSTEM AND ARE STRUGGLING TO SEND TO CX I LISTENED TO BESTBUY ON THE PHONE cx complaint unit is making a rattling noise when running. inspected unit then ran dryer and confirmed complaint right away noise is coming from blower wheel area. took unit apart to find no seal on the blower wheel cover unit used to have service pointer for this issue. grabbed seal from v/s and installed then tested and dryer now sounds great. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 w11401018 (seal SD V/S), used 1 w11401018 (seal SD V/S) from stock"

"Customer complaint icemaker would continue to make ice and overflow after previous text visit. He had diagnosed at this unit unit need a new icemaker and air baffle arrived today and replace parts that were diagnosed reset unit and made sure icemaker was turned on. When I arrived, the icemaker was turned off Explained to customer to give it 24 hours for ice. Unit is working as intended. Job complete.;"

cx complained icemaker was making too much ice. Couldnt confirm cx complaint. icebin wasnt over filled with ice. cx asked me to show her how to turn IM off. also cx complained food in the rc side was freezing. confirmed cx complaint. after inspecting the diffuser. i could see ice build up along the sides. unit will need new diffuser. 0 in stock; ordrng 1 W11380595 (diffuser)

"Replaced main control and UI and transformer. Tested unit, unit started making ice in the first 5mins of it running. Recir. pump turned on. Advised customer to change filter let it run for a while. Unit is now working properly."

"installed control board, UI, filter housing and gaskets. removed evap cover and compared to ordered part. harness is different. cx was also mailed an evap cover, it doesnt match either. called techline again. they advised having parts specialist contact parts distributer with this issue and have them contact whrilpool parts to investigate. tell them its a cx complaint. called parts specialist, they said they would contact dist. cx wants unit replaced, shes tired of going through this.; saved tckt"
