"CX complains unit is not spinning clothing out, clothing is coming out soaked after cycle. Found unit hub had failed again, was able to replace hub with VS part. Found unit gearcase teeth are worn and causing uneven wear to hub causing them to fail at an excellerated rate. found unit splutch and motor also worn causing belt to wear. Unit will need motor, belt, splutch, gearcase, actuator, capacitor, spin basket, and agitator replaced for repair. CX to call into office when spin basket arrives undamaged. Unit gearcase is seized and will need 2XL.; ordrng 1 W11550891 (agitator) and 1 W10752719 (spin basket) and 1 W10528947 (hub (CH VS ROP1Y)) and 1 W10752187 (washplate bolt) and 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W11497303 (motor) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W10913953 (actuator) and 1 W11428524 (capacitor) and 1 W10721967 (splutch), used 1 W10528947 (hub (CH VS)) from stock"

Was able to access unit and replace parts per previous visit. Tested unit and unit now works as designed. No further work needed.

Found door switch p7.4-p7.5=OL open and 0.0 closed. acu p9.4-p9.5=14.6vDC, called techline and spoke to Joe after looking for voltages from powermax and not finding voltage from p6.3-p6.5 during bake as well as no voltage from p6.3-p3.2 during broil. techline states unit will need powermax board replaced for repair. office to schedule with cx when all parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W11394663 (Powermax board) and 1 W11492301 (user interface)"

"CX complains unit will not run cycle. cx is without warranty. Quoted cx for service fee to which cx agreed. Unit shows f8e1-long fill and f2e1 ui button stuck. Ran unit through test 51, and unit called for hot water but didnt recieve any. Ran unit through test 2 and unit called for water but unit hot valve will not open, cx will need plumber to figure out why valve will not open. No further work needed. collected by service fee with card.. cx email confirmed."

i was able to access unit and found RC door was damaged. FC door was good. I found doors dont see to be the issue. cx stated a pool of water was forming on top shelf. I found unit is very unlevel and is leaning forward. when unit is defrosting the water is over flowing the front of the drip pan and leaking down into air tower. I found after front feet were fully adjusted up the unit still wasnt level. unit needs shimmed in the front to correct issue. advised cx in what to do. it is a installation issue.;
