Cx complaint is that the unit is not draining at the end of the cycles. Upon arrival I found that the unit has a rubber hose extension to reach the stand pipe. That has collapsed and is not allowing the water to drain out. I found that the when I adjusted the hose it was able to drain properly. I informed the cx that they will need to install a longer drain hose to prevent the issue from happening again. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is not turning on. Upon arrival I found that the unit is unresponsive. I tested the outlet and found that it has 122v and is wired correctly. I then removed the panel and found that the control is getting 122v. The light on the control is illuminated. I found that the encoder is unresponsive. I was able to replace the encoder. i then repowered the unit and found that it is now responding. i was able to start a cycle. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete
