cx complaint is since we last fixed unit in Augest unit shut down and flashed F9E1 code 26 times as she had it mark on the calender. she said unit does this on all cycles but if she cancels and drins it drains and the unit might start back up and do another cycle. tested and checked unit. was a auto test and unt filled and drined and ran as it should. will order control and drain pump to correct this issue. as soon as parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11410063 (Control) and 1 W11497943 (Drain Pump)

"Cx complaint unit doesn't complete cycles. Entered diag and found error codes F8E6 water hazard and F9E1 drain fault. Inspected underneath and found drain pump wire disconnected from connector and the housing is fragmented. The wire is unable to be reconnected into connector. Ordering parts, set return for 12/8, office will contact cx with time frame; ordrng 1 W11399437 (drain pump) and 1 W11513255 (inlet valve) and 1 W11643701 (harness)"

"Cx complaint unit makes noise while spinning. Entered diag and found no error codes. Ran test cycle and unit made loud jet engine like noises. Inspected underneath and found oil leaking from gear case. Oil is leaking onto all parts. Ordering parts with 2 call count, once available, contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gear case) and 1 W11283592 (motor) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 WPW10006384 (belt) and 1 W11481722 (actuator)"

came out and replaced part as well as took another picture of MSN that matched unit and whats listed on ticket and matched picture taken before. job complete.
