repolaced all parts tested unit flushes each valve with water and checks good.

"Customer complaint is that the unit is turning the oven light on by itself and is not heating properly. Checked for stored error codes and found F6E4. Based on error code and light issue, unit needs a new control. Contacted Whirlpool Safety with findings.; ordrng 1 W11594187 (control)"

"During breakdown of the unit, found that a bearing behind the drive motor pulley has fallen off. Unit will also need a new motor.; ordrng 1 279827 (motor!dryer)"

"Customer complaint is that the unit will not run properly. Checked for stored error codes and found none. Ran test cycle and the unit filled properly, but when it went to agitate, it agitated twice, then shut off. Inspection of the drive system found no obvious issues. Capacitor tested good, 46.5uF. No loose or broken wiring found. Motor windings tested good. Ran manual diagnostics and the unit drained fine, but the unit reset again when trying to engage the motor. Contacted Whirlpool Tech Support and determined that the control needs to be replaced.; ordrng 1 W11603810 (control)"

Customer complaint is that the gasket on the right side door is torn and the magnetic strip is falling out. Visual inspection confirmed issue. Gasket replaced and heat applied to close air gaps. Door is sealing properly. Old part left with customer.
