F7ea motor disconnected errorCx complaint of unit bouncing and making loud noise after last visit found unit needed new rotor sat or and suspension. Arrived today and removed unit with 2nd tech. Replaced all parts and reassembled placed back on pan and tested unit multiple times. And once with cx unit is working as intended. Job complete

"installed all ordered parts. when i removed the cover from over the filter and valve it had water puddled up on it. when i removed the fill tube from the dual valve water poured from top of cabinet. water tube that goes from dual valve to top of door hinge may be leaking water which would also cause dispensor to leak. while packing up to leave unit started making a buzzing noise. noise is not normal, cx is concerned. noise stopped before i could figure out what it was. evap fans are quiet. cycled new IM. its very loud. ordering another ice maker and the water tube. schedule when parts are avialble.; ordrng 1 W11579166 (water tube) and 1 w11658802 (ice maker)"

"cx complained unit was shaking amd making squealing noises. previous tech confirmed cx complaint. repolaced pulley, drive belt, and suspension. tested unit. unit now working as should"

F0E2 over suds F0e1 load in drum during clean cycle customer complaint of a rumble noise and clicking noise while using unit arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint found suspension to be very weak causing tub to bounce around. Also found a dispenser door to not be seating properly during diagnostic cycle running test 12 I found during the unit slowing down there was a clicking noise on the back of the unit could not verify 100% due to unit being stacked. Will need to have a second tech come out to remove dryer to properly access unit to repair. "cx complaint is the unit going off balance/ banging around. i pused the basket down and let it go. suspeion is extremly worn out. i found no saved codes. ran service cycle. unit completed cycle but made a loud screaching noise. inspected under unit. found belt is slipping. ordering suspension kit, belt and pulley. schedule when approved/all parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11130362 (suspension) and 1 WPW10006384 (drive belt) and 1 W10721967 (pulley)"
