CX complaint is door open/close error. Took unit apart and inspected and found switch holder on front switch right side had 2 missing post and the switch was sliding back and forth when oening/closing door. Replaced interlock harness and then retested 25 times and the error is no longer happening. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete;

"CX complaint is no cool. As soon as I pulled off back cover there was a strong odor of oil and regrigerant. Upon further inspection I found the entire bottom under and around compressor covered with oil. Tried to verify source of leak but could find nothing other than under compressor.. Replaced compressor, installed UV drier and process stub. Pressure tested unit with nitrogen and then vac'd down to 30in. FIlled the 48g of R600a. Final low side pressure was at 12 in vac. 24-36 hrs to get to temps. House is unfurnished and not occupied. Job is complete. If anyone is called back on this unit please contact me only."

Cx complaint is unit not powering on. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the control to be shorted right next the incoming power. Ohmed drain pump and got 1.6ohms. Drain pump damaged control. Ordering drain pump and returning with control and UI. Called office and rescheduled for 6/8/23.; ordrng 1 W11399437 (drain pump)

CX complaint is upper over not to temps. Inspected/tested and found upper cavity 70deg off. All temps taken with thermocoupler device. Calibrated oven +20deg. Set temp to 375 and it reached 372 before dropping temps. Checked lower oven for calibration but its final temps were within 10deg. Unit working as designed. Job is complete

Cx complaint is unit not dispensing ice. Tested inspected and verified complaint. Found the top of the door not pushing the door switch in all the way. Was able to adjust trim around IM so that it made better contact with the door switch. Unit is now working as designed. Job is complete. Cx paid for SC by CC.
