Replaced drain pump and tested unit. Unit is now working as designed. Found a allen key in the drian pump caused it to sieze up.

"cx complaint unit giving f9e1 error and not draining. inspected unit and verified complaint. found drain pump getting 120v and vibrating but no water coming out. vacuumed all water out, nothing clogged in drain pump or hoses. probably burned out because of oversudsing. ordering drain pump. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on part; ordrng 1 W11396717 (drain pump)"

"Cs unit is not heating confirmed complaint. I found the thermal cutoff has been tripped, replaced tco and tested unit.Unit is now workin properly.Advised customer her vent system is falling apart and possibly restricted. She will have someone look at it."

I found motor errors and also could not find the speed of the basket. looked under the unit and the drive pulley had backed out and damaged the cover and belt had come off. Reseated everything but the drive pulley, cover, belt and suspension are damaged need to be replaced. Call customer when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W11409708 (Cover) and 1 W11396716 (Suspension)"
