"Cx complaint unit doesn't wash or dry dishes. Entered diag and found error codes F4E3 motor fault and F7E1 no heat. Ran test and unit would only fill, no activation from sump. Gave cx quote and they'll call back if they want to move forward. Cx paid $139 for service; ordrng 1 W10518394 (heater)"

CX complai t was that the unit would not complete a wash cycle. I found a stred F8E1 error code. I cleared the code and ran a auto test. I found that the cold side of the valve would humm but not open to allow cold water in. I also tested and confermed by running a manuel test 3. I was able ot access and replace the water inlet valve. Unit now test good.

"CX complai t was that the unit stoped producing ice. I found thta the when you cycle the icemaker on and off there is no movment formt eh IM. I attempted to jump start the IM and again found no movment. I accessed and replace the IM and unit cycled, harvested and called for water. Unit test good. I informed CX to dump/ discard the 1st two batches of ice made and I collected $435.29 via credit card for service , part, shipping, taxes , and labor charges."

cx complaint that unit is making lound noise .. when arrived checked all componets good water psi incoming and then checked the drain hose proper length height etc. i ran tes and found no adnomral operations of agitation nd when it spun i tried 3 times couldnt get to duplicate noise for me.. advised cx to show noise in video or etc. but today the unit was working no with no issues present at all.

cx complaint that unit is making noise when the unit is agitating the whole time and when arrived foudn the teeth and 13mill nut on the camp pulley are stripped and backing out. causing the noise.. was able to replace part and test and didnt make noise and functions and checks good.
