"Drain pump replaced. Found the standpipe drain connection is 85.5' above the floor, which is within the install max height of 96' according to the install guide for this unit (page 6). Unit calibrated and tested. Unit ran the cycle, but is still having a hard time getting all the water out of the unit. Recommended customer purchase an accessory pump to aid in getting the unit to drain properly."

Customer complaint is that the seal holding the cooktop in place is flaking apart. Visual inspection confirmed issue. Ordering cooktop.; ordrng 1 W11175876 (cooktop)

Customer complaint is that the unit is squeaky when agitating. Inspection of the drive system found that the splutch pulley was leaning at an angle and had dug a groove in the belt cover. Splutch replaced and unit tested. Unit is working properly. Returning old part for quality analysis.

Ice maker replaced and tested. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer.

Customer complaint is that the unit is leaking from underneath. Unit tested and did not leak. Door gasket is good and there is no evidence of water inside of the door panel. Did find that the dispenser door is not able to close and there is a chip in the console. Unit ran a 2nd time and still did not leak.
