Cx complaint of unit not completing cycle. Did confirm pressur hose pinched at cabinet. Adjusted hose and unit now operates as designed.

Cx conplaint of unit being non responsive. Found wire unplugged on board. Reseated wire and tested unit and unit is now as designed.

"Confirmed cx complaint unit agitator assembley coming apart. Replaced with pre-id'd agitator components, tested unit, unit working as designed."
