"cx complaint unit making noise , checeked unit and found blower housing rubbing on blower wheel , was able to bend housing out to allow to wheel to spin without hitting housing . tested and unit is running as designed ."

came out to replace parts on unit tested unit and everything checked good unit heating as designed .

checke the unit and found that the receptacle is not sending voltage to the coil. ordering a new coil and receptacle to resolve the issue. parts on order.; ordrng 1 814399 (receptacle) and 1 W11396790 (coil)

cx complaint the unit is making noise during the cycle checked the unit and found that the only noise i can hear that is abnormal is a little of grinding noise coming from the clutch. replaced the clutch and belt. calibrated/tested the unit. unit is running as designed.
