"CX complaint is that the items in the FC such as icepops, icecream , and some other dessert items are soft and not completly frozen. I did find frozen meats such as chicken and sausage frozen in the FC. Unit is located in a uninsulated grage where temps are not correct for opptimal cooling. I advised CX to read page 5 of the owners manuel. I also discussed best preactice and maintenance for the unit. UNit is opperating as designed."

CX complaint is that the unti is not washing the upper rack. I found that the unit had a F6E1 error code. I also fou d that the the upper spray arm had buildup blocking hols on the spray arm. I was able to clear holes and started a test cycle. I found at the end of the cycle the upper spray arm did not move. i was able to to verrify that the unit has good incoming water form the supply with a bucket. Unit will need 1 Sump & motor. I quoted CX for the cost of repair. CX informed me that she will buy new. I collected $139.00 for service charges via credit card.

"CX complaint is that the unit i not heating. I found no stired error codes. I found that in the auto test the element is heating. CX has only run her new unit twice, once with out and once with Rinse Aid . I alos found SUD's due to CX hand washing dished before unit was installed. UNit is opperating as designed Advised to run vinagar cycles for suds and to switch to cascade pods . I am ordering 1 console( W11660284)due to cosmetice damaged caused by screw. CX complaint is that the unit is making too much ice. I was able to edjucate CX on her new unit and was ablem to instruct on how to turn icemaker on and off. UNit is opperating as designed.
