cx complaint unit wont start a cycle. inspected unit and entered diag and found F5E4. cleared code and ran auto test and found unit finished with out issue. I did have to reset power to get unit into diag. I then reentered diag and found 0 error codes. i started a quick wash and found unit began to wash no issues.

cx complaints only making a couple cubes. inspected unit and found Im was installed wrong. feed tube was to short and water was missing funnel. I was able to fix tube and found water pressure to unit was low. advised cx to get plummer. unit checks good.

"Cx complaint the unit's unbalanced. Inspected and found the basket/tub assembly was stuck underneath the angle iron along the back panel, tub ring is fragmented. Also found the leveling legs cross threaded and unadjustable to level unit. Removed basket from under angle iron and ran test, test completed without any other issues. Ordering ring and legs, once approved contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11550886 (tub ring) and 1 W11213957 (leveling leg)"
