CX complaint: front left burner allowing gas to escape. Tested and verified complaint. I found the orfice has oxidated and is no longer allowing proper gas flow. Also burner cap needs to adjust for better ignition but the screws in it are too oxidized for the adjustment. Ordering LP conversion kit and LF burner head. Cannot reschedule due to AIG; ordrng 1 W11443594 (LF burner head) and 1 W11436985 (LP conv kit)

Replaced the fan motor and thermistor as per previous diagnosis. Tested unit and it is now working properly. CX paid 110.00 for labor on CC. Job is complete

"CX complaint is IM leaking underneath. Inspected/tested and could not verify complaint. Let unit run over 45 mins. Inspected all fill and drain lines including valve and saw no signs of any leak. Unit is filling and making ice on top of evap plate. IM is working properly. Neice is going to come back tomorrow to run unit for a few hrs to see if it will leak. Saw no signs of any water ring or drips on floor infront of, behind or underneath. CX paid $120 SC fee by CC. Job is complete"
