"Cx complaint is the same as before. I called techline to document this issue. So far the following parts have been replaced: 2 control boards, 2 dispenser control, 2 thermistor and a damper. The temps are set to 3/41, actual temps 1/30. I called techline to document the issue, they recorded the extensive list of parts that have been replaced. No parts are recommended, the unit is under review."

"I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is door gaskets are working as designed. However the food is still freezing in the RC. I checked the major loads again and all are working. I called WP techline and they had me check the RC thermistor's ohms reading. It read 8k ohms (32 degrees), but the overall temp is 21 degrees. The RC thermistor needs to be replaced to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W10316760 (thermistor) and 1 W11527432 (light assembly)"

"Cx complaint that the unit is freezing food in the RC and the gasket is not sealing well. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I ran various test: fans, baffle, thermistors, door switches. All tests passed. Items are mostly freezing on the of the RC. I checked the food placement and it was good. I replaced the control and tested the unit for the cx. It is good to go. The unit will also need new RC door gaskets, they are torn and not sealing the unit well.
