"CX complaint: sometimes clothes still wet after cycle. Tested unit and it is heating, tumbling and air flow tested in the green. Sometimes cycle ends before all clothes are dry. I went over the moisture sensor and mixed loads with CX. Also went over that some heavy materials may need and additional sping. Unit is working proeprly. Job is complete"

"CX complaint is stove no power. Inspected unit and found a burnt L wire cause block to become defective. Replaced terminal block and 4 screws from block breaking apart. Repaired L2 connection and then tested. Oven and stove are both now working properly, Job is complete; ordrng 1 W10245259 (block-term FRVS) and 4 3400029 (nut FRVS)s, used 1 W10245259 (terminal block FRVS), and 4 3400029 (nut FRVS) from stock"

"CX complaint: unit not running, just hums. Tested and verified complaint. We have 240vac into unit and timer is sending 120vac to motor but motor only hums. When i turn belt wheel on motor, clutch engages and motor runs. Ordering motor and wheel (just in case). Scheduled return visit for 10/25 AM; ordrng 1 279827 (motor!dryer) and 1 WP694089 (wheel)"

Replaced control per prior dianosis. Calibrated and retestested and WM is now working properly. CX paid the balance due of $264.54 in full by CC. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete

"CX complaint: unit not running. Tested and verified complaint. I drained the water out of unit. Then i found control has 120vac into control but is not lighting up and no voltage out to UI. Quoted CX price to replace the control W11441687 and CX paid for service, part, S&H and tax. CX will owe 110.00 upon repair for labor. Cannot reschedule due to only 1 showing on system.; saved tckt"
