cx complant of unit shaking alot inspected unit found every thing is in plase and tight called tec line went over unit with them no error codes he said it is a loading issue

installed new timer and knob tested unit

cx complaint unit has never worked right since first wash. inspected unit and load was going and was at end of ccyle final spin starting unit and is going off balance cx paused cycle lid unlocked and load is even inside. i found no holes are in the spin basket so Technical Service Pointer is the issue. ordering spinbasket and getting gearcase and slider just incase for return. cx also said unit was so bad one time is broked lines in the wall for the sink. i told cx to contact whirlpool for that part of the issue. ordering parts for return; ordrng 1 W11172199 (spinbasket) and 1 W11454372 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (clutch kit)

"cx complaint unit shaking excessively. cx showed me video and it seemed mostly normal. inspected unit. no errors stored, autotest cycle runs perfectly, no excessive shaking at all. got 3 towels and a sheet wet and put unit on drain and spin but it never went into a full spin, just kept trying to redistribute load. took the sheet out and tried again, it did go into full spin and was shaking a little but not that abnormal for the load that was in there. dampers already replaced and i dont think the floor is an issue. ordering control to see if that helps, advised cx if issue persists then its a loading issue and went over proper loading with cx. control in stock. scheduled return visit for 12/5; ordrng 1 W11583890 (control)"

cx complaint gap in top side of fz door opened back up and frost came back. inspected unit and verified complaint. sealed fz liner with rtv and fluffed gasket with heatgun again. ordering fz door and nameplate because i already fluffed the gasket last time but gap opened up again. advised cx door will be shipped directly to his house and to call office to schedule return visit after inspecting for damages; ordrng 1 LW10803965 (fz door) and 1 W11178521 (nameplate)
