cx complant of mooisture in unit next to ice box and noise in unit found noise is the damper in fridge and moistrure is because the gasket to seal to icemaker is not sealing aling warm air into ice bok unit will need vent damper and door for ice contaner; ordrng 1 W11171728 (door ice) and 1 W11637688 (ice vent) and 1 WPW10479155 (damper)

checked new tub looks good but has oil inside but looks like oil is from tub gasket. replaced the tub and tested had no leaks and sounds good. unit is good to go

replaced element then went over use and care with cx on these elements and infomred her the button needs to be pshed for it glow red and also infomred her how they glow and if not glowing bight red doesnt mean element turned off and understands how they work and to use on flat pans so button gets pushed. unit is good to go

cx complaint used unit and had buning smell turntable glass melted. inspected unit turn table outside of unit snapped pic of it then found inside of microwave is burnt up metal showing under black soot the support for microwave gone due to melting. removed turn table to find its locked up snapped pics of all damages. called techline for next steps spoke to kirt sent him pics and said we should be able to fix. gave me part nuber for touch up paint and to order the parts needed left cx with file number ordering parts for return; ordrng 1 W11291538 (turntable) and 1 W11213915 (ring) and 1 W11096343 (support) and 1 W11096347 (seal) and 1 WPW10466420 (turntable motor) and 1 8204955 (tuch up paint)

"cx complaint clothing coming out with black balls and lint on items. inspected unit and does smell some, checked for errors and had none, ran service cycle hot and cold water work good spins good. checked under unit to find gearcase oil everywhere snapped pic. i then removed spin basket to find soap build up. cx said she does run clean washer cycle with affresh. i gave cx quote for gearcase and tub replaced the tubs are covered and cx paid for service wants to reach out to maytag/ get a new unit. collected for service. cx does not use fabric softener; ordrng 1 W11178227 (basket CBE) and 1 W11219115 (tub cbe) and 1 W11449841 (gearcase 263.77) and 1 W10734521 (slider 19.94)"
