"arrrived looked at unit found if you keep door ipen start unit hold door switch and spin drum unit will start heating and spinning good the start winding is bad on motor. replaced the motor blower whell put back together and tested and unit is loud but working. i did notice when apart unit didnt have a blower seal these unit used to have a service pointer for this. grabbed seal from v/s and installed and tested and sounds good and spins good. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 w11401018 (seal SD V/S), used 1 w11401018 (seal SD V/S) from stock"

"CX complaint hot water not working.Ran test mode, no errors. Tesyted water supply, no hot water supplied to the unit, the wayter supply safety valve is bad. Cx must call a plumber. Collected $139 with check"

replaced button holde then tested and now unit is starting. unit is good to go

"Cx states unit won't power on, tested and confirmed. Installed new control, powered on, ran daignostic cycle, completed with no errors. Ran DLMS calibration cycle. Unit is now working properly."
