"CX complaint: rumbling sound. Tested and verified complaint. I found this was caused by loose change getting in between drum and felt on the front of the drum. Also, i lubricated 1 roller because it wasnt turning very well. Cleared change, tested unit and it is now working properly. CXpaid 139.00 for service by CC. Job is complete"

"CX complaint: unit tripping breaker and acting out of cycle. Tested and verified complaint. In diag, it immediately activated high speed spin. at start of disg cycle. Under unit i found capacitor leaking all over components around it. Ordering capacitor, belt, actuator, CAM, motor, and control (just in case) and marking lid lock and lower harness (just in case) for return visit. I forced lock to open so definitely replace that. Scheduled return visit for 11/15 any time; ordrng 1 W11283592 (motor-drve) and 1 W10721967 (CAM) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W11409708 (sheild) and 1 W11481722 (actuator) and 1 W11567712 (control)"

CX complaint is no cool in RC. INspected/tested and found FC at 0deg and evap fan would not run. Replaced evap fan from pre-id. Tested unit after repair and it is working as designed. Informed CX to give it about 24 hrs for unit to get to temps. Job is complete

The gas company said that the regulator was leaking. The first tech (Fred) said that the gas line was leaking and that I needed a plumber. The hired a plumber who confirmed that the regulator was leaking. I then called the gas company back which again said the regulator was leaking. These two service calls cost me $278 to confirm that the regulator was leaking.
Mike then came out to replace the regulator. He didn’t replace it, saying that he only needed to replace the red plastic cap covering the unused orifice.
After a day or so, the regulator was again leaking. I had the gas company check the appliance once more and he confirmed that the regulator was leaking and red tagged the oven for the third time. This cost me another $150. So, I have spent $428 to confirm that VIA did not do their job (i.e., replace the regulator). Whirlpool is now sending a different repair company to replace the regulator.
