CX complaint about handle fell off seal not on & water standing on the bottom inspected & found a pinched wire to drain pump (not caused by CX) redid wire & pump start to work also place filler gasket in proper position as well attached handle as a courtesy working fine now

Ricardo was great, kind, honest and punctual. I plan to submit a new repair ticket as the replacing the ice maker did not solve the problem. It makes ice every couple hours. But we do not blame Ricardo. He was great!
