"cx complaint is the rear right burner not igniting. confirmed complaint. cx turned all other burners on. when he turned on the RR i heard no clicking from ignitor. if RF and RR are turned on at the same time the ignitor for RR clicks and unit ignnites. also found if left 2 burners are turned on the also turn on the downdraft fan. outlet is wired properly. i found no visable damage to harness. called techline, they informed me downdraft coming on is normal operation for left side of unit. advied replacing switch and if that doesnt fix it then it would need a harness. quoted cx for switch and advised him the harness is no longer available so he understands if siwtch doesnt fix it there is nothing else we can do. cx paid in full. schedule when part is available.; ordrng 1 WPY704512 (switch- va)"

The complaint was that the unit was leaking water from underneath confirmed the issue seen that the holes running into the gasket was disconnected we reconnect the holes then we cleaned out the drain filter tested unit and everything worked as it should

"The client's complaint was that the unit wasn't working the same. After the area was flood, it out confirmed the issue. Seen that the encoder on the unit wasn't working at all working at all. And the cx said it was then just stop and the unit keeps filling up Went into diagnostic mode. All the keys were working. And the encoders was the only thing that wasn't doing anything Didn't see any visible damage from the board to the ui client. Would need new UI They said they were looking to getting a new unit"

"cx complaint is the unit being louder than normal. i checked for codes and found F10E2, F8E2, F9E1. cleared codes and ran service cycle. unit filled and began washing. wash motor is very loud. i added extra water but it didnt change. both spray arms are turning but motor is very loud. drain pump runs quietly. looked under unit and found it was wet. heater is leaking and needs to be replaced with updated heater. i replaced sump with preIDed part and heater with VS part. tested again. unit is working as designed.; ordrng 1 W11537778 (heater SB VS), used 1 W11537778 (HEATER) from stock"

"cx complaint unit leaked from right side and had nice stream going to the door so called for servuce. inspected unit and checked for errors and had none, ran servuce cycle and no leaks. i ran clean wash cycle and unit filled to top with water and still no leaks. noitcied hot valve for house supply leaks when half on and could be the cause of this since unit filled to top with water and had no leaks or water around tube. instrcted cx to get a plumber to put new fittings on house. unit is good"
