"CX complaint is damage to range straight out of box. Inspected and verified. Front glass broken out and damage to foor frame parts. Ordering front glass, handle assembly, supports and hinges. Cx complaint is unit tasking along time to dry. Found cx was expecting dry time of 20mins or less like there old dryer. Explained to the cx what realistic dry times for this unit are and also reccomened replacing venting under house due to its age and its was partially restricted. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete.

"CX complaint is DW leaking. Inspercted/tested and found unit has a faulty drain pump. Replaced from VS. Bad install on drain line.. Staraight down under unit and under house then back up. suggested to CX he get that fixed. Also used 2 shims from VS to properly level front of unit to keep it from leaking because it was leaning forward. Retested and the DW is now working properly. Job is complete; ordrng 1 W10876537 (drain pump FRVS) and 2 4387828A (shim FRVS)s, used 1 W10876537 (DRAIN PUMP FRVS), and 2 4387828A (SHIM FRVS) from stock"

CX complaint is frost in freezer and no IM. Inspected/tested and found big gap at top of FC door. and no ice. Tested IM and found it clogged with ice from warm air coming into unit. Heated and for gasket to cabinet properly and power cycled IM. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete

Cx complaint is back burners not heating properly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Cx was cooking on cooktop and oven on arrival so it was to hot to safetly take apart.
