CX complaint no bake ignite. FOund bake wire pinched under rear right leg . Replaced harness per prior techs diagnosis. Tested after repair and the bake is now igniting. Job is complete

"Replaced evap fan motor as per previous diagnosis. Tested unit coil is not getting very cold after 20 min. 0.48 amp draw on compressor. Unit was unplugged and room temp with door open when i arrived. Per TF, ordering compressor, evap, coupler, drier, 3 count and SS tech needed. Cannot reschedule due to SS tech needed.; ordrng 1 WPW10507886 (compressor) and 1 W10836706 (evaporator) and 1 W11506635 (coupler) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer)"

"CX complaint is actaully no ice dispense. Inspected/tested found IM making plenty of ice but when pushing in paddle the augor motor is siezed up. Ordering, auger motor, coupler and solenoid. Cannot reschedule due to part availability; ordrng 1 W11671282 (auger motor) and 1 WP2152713 (solenoid) and 1 WPW10169511 (coupling)"

"Replaced fan motor per prior diagnosis and did not resolve issue. This appears to be a leveling issue and a CX with very keen hearing. I levleled unit front and back and the noise he was referring to was from the compressor rattling the rails. Placed 2 shims under right side and slowly lowerd on top and sound has completely gone away. Shims were from VS. Fridge is working properly. Job is complete; ordrng 2 4387828A (shim FRVS)s, used 2 4387828A (SHIM FRVS) from stock"

CX complaint is RC not cooling and FC frozen ovwer. Inspected unit and found return cheutes blocked with ice. Pulled evap cover and found no clogged drain tube. Evap had slight frost pattern. Cleared ice out of FC and wiped down. Cleared return chutes. Checked both gasket and all appeared to be lined up properly and had nowhere you could shine a light through. Suggested to CX that she make sure both doors are being closed properly. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete
