GOT HERE checked temps on arrival FC 27* RC37* checked frost pattern on FC found a frost ball on rh side top corner restriction went to the back & ran test 40 3 way valve switching compressor pulling 0.42watt really lowcompressor insufficient runnning time need to order parts 4 COUNTS SEALED SYS JOB CX OWES $269 LABOR; ordrng 1 W11109499 (drier-tube) and 1 W11592009 (compressor) and 1 W11548259 (condenser)

"Cx complaint c warm again.Fund evap overfrosted again. Removed evap cover, and forced defrost, the heater didn't turn on. Bi-metal closed, conformed 120V supplied to the heater with the heater disconnected, but the voltaged droppped tp 0V once I connected the heater. 0V hot to neutral, 90V hot to chassis, issue with neutral vire. Called tech line, spoke to Nate. Aftr few test he stated issue with non replaceble thermofuse and unit unrepairable. Provided the sr # to the cx and I advised her to get in touch with AIG.-10F in the Fc and 52F in the Rc"

"Cx states low cool FC, 29* in FC at time of visit. Removed FC evap cover, found ice cap on top of evap, called tech line, ran test 40, evap not making frost pattern during test 40, tech line recommended having sealed sytem tech check refrigerant charge, ordering FC evap and process tube just in case (both are CBE). Called office, scheduled return for 10/11.; ordrng 1 W11035643 (evaporator CBE) and 1 W10735062 (tube CBE)"
