"CX complaint: unit keeps showing low air flow indicator. Tested and verifiede complaint. Unit failed air flow test in the yellow but vent is clear and can been looked into from outside and it isnt very long...maybe 10-12 ft. Everything seems perfect and should not be failing air flow test. Voltage is holding at 240vac, no voltage drop. Ordering motor and control. Cannot reschedule due to only couple controls left on system.; ordrng 1 W11618917 (control) and 1 W11549461 (motor)"

CX complaint is fridge loud noise. Inspected/tested and found 2 issues. One I found a defective damper making a loud clacking noise and also evap fan motor making rubbing noise. Replaced both parts from pre-id. Tested unit in front of CX and it is now working properly. Job is complete

CX complaint is bake tripping breaker. I thoro0ughly tested everything on this unit and found no faults with it that would cause the breaker to trip. The only times it does trip is in bake when both elements are activate and it is pulling alot of current. House is equipped with arc fault breakers. Went over service pointer with CX and gave him contact info for breaker manufactureer. Unit is\'tself is working properly. Job is complete

CX complaint is stripped blower wheel. Replaced wheel and motor. CX was PIF before appt. Put unit back together and tested in front of CX and it is now working properly. CX email is confirmed. job is complete
