"Customer complaint is that the unit is not cooling properly. Found the evaporator frozen over. Cover removed and defrost circuit tested. Found no power going to the defrost bi-metal. Unit needs a new control, but the control is no longer available (2304095). Evaporator thawed off to give the customer a functional unit through the holiday.; ordrng 1 2304095 (electronic control)"

"Element, control, and fan scroll replaced. Found that the vent was not properly installed when originally installed. Reattached power for the blower, but left the vent and scroll detached to prevent it from being damaged when moved to correct the vent installation. Unit tested and is working properly. Old parts, except the control, left with customer.;"
