"CX complaint is low ice production. Verified complaint. FOund ice bin lodged into compartment. CX stated that it came like that. Also found dual valve not working properly. Ordering bin, valve and Ice maker . Cannot reschedule due to FBO parts needed for repair.; ordrng 1 W11548535 (valve) and 1 W11185686 (ice-contnr) and 1 W11548540 (ice maker)"

CX complaint: fabric softener still in dispenser after cycle. Tested and verified complaint. Fabric softener valve is working well. Softener residue is very thick. SR 7733676015 Called WPTL and went over findings. After talking to CX there are 2 possible causes. 1 is that CX may have been putting too much softener in and the other is that CX didnt know softener had to be selected for every load. I asked CX to use the measure marks in cap appropriate to the load and to contact us if the residue has returned over next 2 weeks. Job is complete
