Cx complaint is that the unit is not dispensing water and the ice cubes are very small when it makes ice. Upon arrival I verified that the unit is barely dispensing. I removed the filter and installed the bypass. It the had good pressure and flow out of the dispenser. I called TL and documented with them. Per TL the unit is functioning as intended. The incoming water supply is causing the filter to clog prematurely.

cx complaint that unit is leaking water what appears from the bottom of the fc section. when arrived found all seals and fans etc all work. and found the unit to have ice build up and drain tube clogged.. was able to removed and clean all ice chunks and steam out clog. and pour water down and drains unit now checks good. cx paid full service fee of 139.00 via check
