"cx complaint the unit is not making ice. checked the unit and found that there was ice lodge in the tray not allowing the arm to move freely. found the unit unlevel causing the water to not sit level in the tray. this makes small cubes in the back that get caught in between tray and arm. therefore, i leveled the unit and replaced the ice maker. unit is good to go."

cx complaint the unit is not tunirng on the screen. the unit is not showing a display but cooktop works. found a burnt terminal blaock. replaced termianl block and tested the unit. unit is running as designed.
