"CX complains unit is leaving stains on clothing. CX uses the dispenser and HE detergent. CX has also used affresh to clean out unit, but still has staining. Clothing cx showed tech is signs of detergent being left on clothing, unit shows no error codes. Load and go shows lowest setting for detergent. Unit shows good water pressure for both hot and cold valve. Advised cx that soil is at lowest setting and would reccomend raising soil level as wall as extra rinse to remove leftover detergent from clothing. Unit working as designed, no further work needed.
