upon arrival unit is oow. Cx said whirlpool gave her and extension and or concession but not seeing it in ticket or entitlements. Advised cx to reach out to whirlpool again for concession.; saved tckt

"removed and replaced door, installed nameplate, heated gasket for proper seal, unit is working as designed."

"cx complaint of moisture build up on outside and inside of unit. checked unit and found that the door is bowed and expanding foam did not reach top 1/4 of door and is hollow building up moisture on the outside. this is also causing build up inside unit where seal is not flush due to bow in door. ordering door, advised cx will come directly to home.; ordrng 1 W10746780 (dor-fmd) and 1 W11178521 (nameplate)"

"cx complaint of rc lost cooling again. checked unit and same as before return ducts frozen over same with inlet to rc. Home ac not working right now and temps have been above ambient temp rating. removed all ice and checked unit further, found extremely large gaps at bottom of rc on both sides of cabinet. found gap at left side of fc cabinet as well. filled gaps with food grade sealant. also found leading edge of fc door sagging. used washer to get fc door to sit and seal correctly. called techline to document. sr 7733749209; ordrng 1 8201711 (adhesive), used 1 8201711 (adhesive) from stock"

"cx complaint of rc not cooling. checked unit and found return and feed ports for rc filled up with ice. removed all ice from ports and adjust seal for proper fitment, unit is working as designed."
