replaced heater grid per prior diangosisI did witness first 2 sheets only come down halfway and melt but third sheet dropped onto heater grid all the way. Im not sure if evap plate is defective or gas valve isnt releasing all the way. This is a possible SS issue. CX stated unit worked good for about 9 months and stopped working again. CX will call back if any further issues. Job is complete

"CX complaint: doesnt stop spinning. Tested and verified complaint. F0E5 error code. In diag cycle, agitator was shaking terribly. I stopped diag cycle at that point and looked under unit and found oil all over bottom of rotor. Ordering gearcase, rotor, stator, clutch and slider. Cannot reschedule due to lowes; ordrng 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W11195971 (stator) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W11260238 (rotor)"

CX complaint: very slow ice. Tested and verified complaint. I found that part of the cutter grid cuts slowly and this is causing there to be some of previous sheet left on grid when new sheet slides down. Ordering cutter grid. Cannot reschedule due to AIG; ordrng 1 W10919199 (grid-cuttr)
